Deine Aufgabe

In dieser zentralen Schnittstellenfunktion bist du für die technische Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der digitalen Produktlandschaft verantwortlich.

  • Produktverantwortung: Du übernimmst die Steuerung und Priorisierung des Product Backlogs für interne Systeme und kundenorientierte Plattformen.
  • Schnittstellenmanagement: Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen den Fachabteilungen (z.B. Marketing, Vertrieb, Logistik) und der IT-Entwicklung.
  • Anforderungsanalyse: Du übersetzt komplexe Business-Requirements in präzise User Stories und technische Spezifikationen.
  • Stakeholder-Management: Du berätst die internen Stakeholder zur technischen Machbarkeit und begleitest den gesamten Software-Lifecycle von der Idee bis zum Rollout.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du stellst eine hohe Qualität der digitalen Lösungen sicher und optimierst kontinuierlich die bestehenden Prozesse in einem agilen Arbeitsumfeld.

Dein Profil

Du verstehst dich als technischer Vordenker, der sowohl die Business-Logik als auch die technische Umsetzung im Blick behält.

  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung als (Technical) Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Position an der Schnittstelle von Business und IT.
  • Methodik: Du bist sicher in der Anwendung agiler Methoden (Scrum/Kanban) und im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence.
  • Technik-Verständnis: Ein tiefes Verständnis für moderne Softwarearchitekturen, APIs und Datenbanken zeichnet dich aus.
  • Kommunikation: Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht auf Deutsch und Englisch zu vermitteln.
  • Mindset: Du arbeitest proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und bringst eine hohe Affinität für die Medien- und Entertainmentbranche mit.
