Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Teilbereichen unserer Operations, in engem Austausch mit dem Leadership und Gründerteam
  • Konzeption, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Kernprozessen in den Bereichen Procurement, Projektmanagement und Baustellenkoordination
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung von Code mithilfe von KI-Werkzeugen wie Claude, Aufbau erster funktionsfähiger Prototypen in unserer echten Arbeitsumgebung sowie Umsetzung neuer Funktionen für Tawo One, unsere hauseigene Software
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Bauleitung, Kalkulation und Projektmanagement — du stellst sicher, dass Informationen, Material und Entscheidungen fließen
  • Volle Verantwortung für eigene Projekte, inklusive regelmäßiger Präsentation von Ergebnissen und Fortschritten vor dem Gründerteam
  • Fachliche Anleitung von Praktikanten im jeweiligen Themenbereich

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Bau- oder Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarem Fach
  • 1- 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Consulting, Operations, Venture Development oder Einkauf, idealerweise mit erster Führungs- oder Projektverantwortung
  • Analytisch, strukturiert und umsetzungsstark — du hast bereits gezeigt, dass du komplexe Themen eigenständig durchdringen und in messbare Ergebnisse überführen kannst
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Excel und modernen Collaboration-Tools (z. B. Notion, Make)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Werkzeugen wie Claude, ChatGPT o. Ä. sowie die Fähigkeit, diese sinnvoll in eigene tägliche Arbeitsabläufe einzubinden und Prozesse dadurch zu beschleunigen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, auch in Unklarheit selbstständig Prioritäten zu setzen und mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern (vom Gründerteam bis zum Nachunternehmer) sicher zu kommunizieren
