Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für unser Berliner Lager – Wareneingang, Einlagerung, Bestandsführung,
  • Kommissionierung und Warenausgang
  • Kommissionierung und Belieferung der Baustellen, inkl. Erstausstattung neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Aufbau von Struktur im Lager: Lagerplatzlogik, Kennzeichnung, Mindestbestände, Inventuren
  • Mitgestaltung unseres eigenen WMS und des Betriebsmittel-Trackings – wir bauen beides gerade selbst, du bringst die Lagerpraxis rein und entscheidest mit, wie es funktioniert
  • Verwaltung von Werkzeugen, Betriebsmitteln, Mietgeräten und PSA inkl. Prüffristen (UVV/DGUV)
  • Übersetzung von Materialbedarfen aus dem Bau in die richtigen Artikel – mit dem technischen
  • Verständnis, aus einer offenen Anfrage die passende Position zu machen
  • Einholen, Vergleichen und Nachverfolgen von Lieferantenangeboten sowie konsequentes Nachhalten
  • bei Lieferanten – Auftragsbestätigungen, Liefertermine, Rückstände
  • Auslösen und Tracken von Bestellungen in TAWO ONE, Pflege von Artikel- und Lieferantendaten
  • Bereitschaft, für Ad-hoc-Lieferungen auf unsere Baustellen zu fahren

Dein Profil

  • Aus dem Lager: Ausbildung oder Erfahrung in Lagerlogistik, Materialwirtschaft oder Groß- und Außenhandel – du weißt, wie ein Lager läuft, und willst jetzt eines selbst aufbauen
  • Aus dem Elektro-Bereich: Elektrohandwerk, Elektro-Großhandel oder technischer Vertrieb – du kennst das Material und willst in eine gestaltende Rolle
  • Als Quereinsteiger: kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung plus Hands-on-Erfahrung im operativen Tagesgeschäft – Materialwissen bringen wir dir bei, Zupacken und Struktur nicht
  • Technisches Verständnis für Elektromaterial – oder die Bereitschaft, dich schnell einzuarbeiten
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische Arbeitsweise und Affinität für digitale Tools – du brauchst keine perfekte Vorlage, um loszulegen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: der Job ist überwiegend physisch im Lager, nicht am Schreibtisch
  • Ausgeprägte Hartnäckigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Lieferanten
  • Führerschein Klasse B, Staplerschein von Vorteil · sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
