Deine Aufgaben

  • Lead-Recherche:Du identifizierst neue potenzielle Auftraggeber (Generalunternehmer, Bauträger, Projektentwickler) und relevante Bauvorhaben, z. B. über Ausschreibungsplattformen, Branchenportale und eigene Recherche.
  • Outreach per E-Mail:Du sprichst potenzielle Auftraggeber schriftlich an und stellst TAWO als Elektropartner für ihre Projekte vor.
  • Outreach per Telefon:Du kontaktierst Entscheider telefonisch mit dem Ziel, TAWO in laufende und kommende Ausschreibungen einladen zu lassen.
  • Lead-Qualifizierung:Du bewertest, welche Kontakte und Projekte für uns relevant sind, und pflegst sie strukturiert in unserer Sales-Pipeline.
  • Begleitung im Sales-Prozess:Gewonnene Leads begleitest du weiter, du hältst den Kontakt, fasst nach, koordinierst den Austausch von Unterlagen und unterstützt das Team bis zur Angebotsabgabe.
  • Prozess mitgestalten:Du bringst Ideen ein, wie wir Ansprache, Recherche und Nachverfolgung noch besser machen können.

Dein Profil

  • Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), idealerweise in einem wirtschaftlichen, kommunikativen oder technischen Studiengang. Die Fachrichtung ist zweitrangig, deine Einstellung zählt.
  • Freude an Kommunikation: Du telefonierst gern, formulierst klar und trittst freundlich und verbindlich auf.
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Pflege von Kontakten und Wiedervorlagen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Kundenkontakt oder in der Recherche ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung. Wir arbeiten dich ein.
  • Interesse an der Baubranche und Elektrotechnik ist willkommen, Vorwissen brauchst du nicht.
