Deine Aufgaben

  • Arbeite mit dem Gründerteam beim Aufbau und der Skalierung unserer Operations
  • Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Kernprozessen - insbesondere in den Bereichen Procurement, Projektmanagement und Baustellenkoordination
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Analysen, Reportings und Prozessauswertungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von Beschaffungs-, Dokumentations- und Kommunikationsprozessen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Bauleitung, Kalkulation und Projektmanagement - du stellst sicher, dass Informationen, Material und Entscheidungen fließen
  • Mitarbeit an der Einführung digitaler Tools und Prozessautomatisierungen
  • Übernahme eigener kleiner Teilprojekte und Verantwortung für konkrete Arbeitspakete

Dein Profil

  • Du studierst Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Bau- oder Elektrotechnik oder ein vergleichbares Fach
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung in Consulting, Operations, Venture Development oder Einkauf von Vorteil
  • Analytisch, strukturiert und stark in Umsetzung – du willst verstehen, gestalten und Wirkung erzielen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und modernen Collaboration-Tools (z. B. Notion, Make)
  • Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lust, in einem ambitionierten Umfeld mit anzupacken
