Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst ab Auftragseingang die volle Verantwortung für Ergebnis, Termin und Qualität deiner Projekte – über ein wachsendes Portfolio hinweg.
  • Kostenverfolgung und Forecast: Du stellst belastbare monatliche Ergebnisprognosen je Projekt sicher und bringst Abweichungen ins Reporting, bevor sie eintreten – nicht danach.
  • Claim- und Nachtragsmanagement: Du setzt den Standard für VOB/B-Bewertung und Nachtragskalkulation über alle Projekte hinweg und übernimmst die Verhandlung mit dem Auftraggeber, sobald es kritisch wird.
  • Nachunternehmer kaufmännisch führen: Vergabe, Preisspiegel, Verträge, Prüfung von Abrechnungen – inklusive Durchsetzung unserer Compliance-Routine (u. a. gültige Präqualifikation vor jeder Beauftragung).
  • Du baust Projektabwicklung von personenabhängig zu systemgetragen um: Deine Zahlen laufen über TAWO ONE, unsere eigene Plattform. Was du dort an Struktur schaffst, wirkt auf alle Projekte.
  • Du entwickelst eine zweite Führungsebene weiter, die eigenständig handlungsfähig ist und gleichzeitig bereichsübergreifend zusammenarbeitet.
  • Perspektivisch übernimmst du die Geschäftsführung unserer operativen Tochtergesellschaft.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Abwicklungsverantwortung für Bauprojekte im zweistelligen Millionenbereich, idealerweise GU/EPC-seitig
  • Nachweisbare DB- oder P&L-Verantwortung – nicht nur Terminverantwortung
  • Sichere Anwendung der VOB/B sowie Praxiserfahrung im Nachtrags- und Claim-Management, inklusive Kalkulation und Verhandlung
  • Führungserfahrung über mehrere Ebenen und verteilte Baustellenteams hinweg
  • Elektro- oder bautechnischer Hintergrund, Deutsch verhandlungssicher (C1)
  • Klare Prozessbrille und die Bereitschaft, Strukturen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln statt nur zu verwalten
  • Erfahrung in Rechenzentrum, Industrie, Logistik oder zumindest Großgewerbe von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest systemgestützt statt rein erfahrungsbasiert – strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich, mit Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Baustellenbesuche (ca. 15 % Reiseanteil)
