Deine Aufgaben

  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines wachsenden Teams aus Bauleitern, Fachbauleitern, Technikern und Monteuren im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Personalentwicklung: Mitarbeitergespräche, Zielvereinbarungen, Beurteilungen, Karrierepfade und Weiterbildungsplanung für dein Team
  • Kapazitäts- und Einsatzplanung deiner Mitarbeiter über alle laufenden Projekte hinweg — in enger Abstimmung mit den Projektleitern
  • Aufbau, Onboarding und Bindung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen; aktive Mitwirkung im Recruiting (Interviews, fachliche Auswahl)
  • Fachliche Eskalationsinstanz für komplexe technische Fragestellungen — du bist Sparringspartner für deine Bauleiter, nicht selbst Projektverantwortlicher
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Einhaltung der VDE-Normen über alle Projekte hinweg — durch Standards, Schulungen und Stichproben, nicht durch eigene Projektsteuerung
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Prozessen und fachlichen Standards im Elektrobereich (Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten, Qualitätskriterien)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung digitaler Tools und moderner Arbeitsmethoden — und Sicherstellung, dass dein Team diese aktiv nutzt
  • Punktuelle Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und Projektleiter bei technischer Bewertung, Angebotserstellung und Kalkulation

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker — oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Elektrohandwerk oder im elektrotechnischen Anlagenbau, idealerweise als Obermonteur, Bauleiter mit Personalverantwortung, Niederlassungs- oder Betriebsleiter
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der disziplinarischen Führung größerer Teams (10+ Mitarbeiter) — inklusive Einstellung, Entwicklung und ggf. Trennung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der VDE-Normen, einschlägiger Vorschriften und gängiger Bauabläufe im Bereich Gewerbe-, Industrie- oder Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Echte Führungspersönlichkeit: Du gibst Orientierung, entwickelst Menschen und schaffst Verbindlichkeit — mit Empathie und Klarheit gleichermaßen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Hands-on-Mentalität und Lust, Strukturen in einem schnell wachsenden Unternehmen mit aufzubauen
  • Deutsch fließend, Englisch von Vorteil
