1. 商业化战略 - 制定国内市场 GTM 策略，明确目标行业优先级（消费品/快消、咨询、金融、汽车等高频调研行业） - 根据国内客户特性调整定价落地方案（人民币定价、合同周期、开票方式） - 建立从Atypica个人版到企业版的客户升级漏斗 2. 销售管理 - 搭建并管理销售+交付团队（目标年底5人） - 亲自攻克前 5-10 个标杆客户，沉淀可复制的销售方法论 - 管理销售漏斗，确保 3x pipeline 覆盖率（90+ 有效机会） - 建立行业解决方案包，缩短成单周期（目标 60-90 天） 3. 生态与渠道 - 建立咨询公司/代理商合作伙伴渠道 - 对接行业 KOL、协会资源，建立品牌信任

必须满足 - 市场研究/咨询行业经验（Ipsos、Kantar、BCG、麦肯锡、尼尔森等） - 商业化/销售管理经验，有明确的收入指标（quota）达成记录 - 独立签过年合同 100万+ 的企业客户 - 带过团队 - 对用户研究方法论有深刻理解（定性/定量/U&A/态度追踪等） 强加分项 - 有消费品/快消/汽车行业客户资源 - 了解 AI 产品，能快速理解 AI Persona / AI Interview 等能力的价值 - 在甲方（品牌方）做过 Consumer Insights 负责人 - 英文沟通能力
