我们是谁： 我们是特赞的前沿部署工程师（FDE）团队，站在 AI 企业级落地的第一线。我们服务中大型政企客户，把 RAG 知识库、Agent 工作流、系统集成等前沿 AI 能力，从概念变成客户业务中真实运行的系统。 这里的 FDE 更多是客户 AI 落地的技术合伙人 —— 你需要理解客户的业务痛点，设计可落地的交付方案，独立完成从 PoC 验证到稳定运行的全流程交付，并在一线把产品价值真正兑现。 团队成员来自企业服务、云计算、AI 工程等多元背景，我们相信技术深度、工程素养和客户视角的结合，也相信每一次成功交付都是产品和团队共同成长的机会。

你会负责： 1. 需求&方案落地：对接中大型政企客户，梳理业务痛点，将客户需求转化为标准化、可落地的SaaS/AI交付方案（RAG知识库、Agent工作流、系统集成等）。 2. 全流程交付部署：独立负责PoC验证、环境搭建、容器化部署、API对接、数据处理、性能调优及故障排查，完成产品从上线到稳定运行的全流程交付。 3. 客户赋能&维系：负责客户技术培训、运维指导与文档输出，快速解决现场突发问题，提升产品使用率与客户续约率。 4. 经验沉淀&产品迭代：总结交付过程中的共性问题与优质场景，沉淀可复用方案；同步一线需求反哺研发，助力产品持续优化。 5. 跨部门协同：联动销售、解决方案、产品团队，参与售前支持、方案评审，保障交付效果匹配客户预期。

我们期待： - 本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业，3 年以上企业级 SaaS/AI 产品交付、系统集成、私有化部署经验； - 扎实技术栈编程：技术栈不限，熟练掌握任意一门语言，具备独立开发、问题排查能力； - 部署运维：精通 Linux 操作，熟悉 Docker/K8s 容器化、主流公有云 / 私有化环境； - AI 应用：了解 LLM 基础，熟悉 RAG、Agent 等 AI 场景落地，有 AI 平台部署调优经验优先； - 数据能力：熟练使用 SQL，掌握数据清洗、ETL 处理及主流数据库使用。

如果你有这些背景，会更加加分✨ - 有大模型应用平台、RAG 系统、Agent 工作流等 AI 产品的实际交付或部署经验； - 服务过政企、金融、大型企业等中大型客户，熟悉私有化部署与等保合规要求； - 熟悉 LangChain、LlamaIndex、向量数据库（Milvus、Pinecone、Weaviate 等）等 AI 应用技术栈； - 有 CI/CD、监控告警、自动化运维相关实践经验； - 具备良好的英文文档阅读能力，能快速跟进前沿 AI 技术与开源项目； - 有云原生架构设计或系统架构师相关经验。
