The posting

我们是一支专注于企业 AI 数字化转型的团队，为美妆、时尚、医药、汽车、制造等行业提供 DAM（数字资产管理）系统与 AI 智能体的定制研发服务。现招募一名能独立承担完整项目交付的全栈工程师，需同时参与 DAM 平台研发和 AI Agent 项目，在两个方向上均能独立推进。

核心职责

1. DAM 系统研发

参与 DAM 平台前后端核心功能开发及第三方服务集成 设计并实现文件存储、元数据建模与版本管理方案 优化系统性能，保障企业级并发场景下的稳定性

2. AI Agent 研发

基于 LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen / AI SDK 等编排框架，独立设计并交付 AI Agent 项目 搭建 RAG 管道，实现知识检索与 LLM 推理的结合 设计工具调用（Tool Use / Function Calling）方案，支持 Agent 与外部系统集成 理解并配置 MCP 协议，打通 Agent 与数据源、工具链的连接 Multi-Agent 系统的架构设计与调优

3. 客户交付与工程化

直接对接企业客户，参与需求澄清、方案评审与交付演示 输出高质量技术文档（API 文档、架构设计说明、部署指南） 独立完成从本地开发、测试到云端上线的全流程 使用 Claude Code / Cursor 等 AI 编程工具完成 AI 自主式编码

前端（必须）

熟练掌握 React + Next.js，理解 SSR / CSR 边界与渲染策略 精通 TypeScript，能独立完成复杂业务 UI 扎实的 REST / GraphQL 接口设计能力 有 Next.js App Router、Streaming SSR 实践经验者优先

后端（必须）

掌握 Java / Spring Boot（企业客户集成常见语言） 熟悉 Node.js 或 Python（FastAPI） 开发 扎实的 PostgreSQL / Redis 数据库建模与 RESTful API 设计能力 熟悉任务队列、异步处理机制及 Elasticsearch

AI Agent 编排（核心必备）

熟悉至少一种主流 Agent 编排框架（LangGraph / CrewAI / AutoGen / AI SDK），有独立交付完整 AI Agent 项目的经验（从需求到上线） 理解 Agentic 架构设计，而非只会调用 LLM API 具备 Prompt 工程能力，能设计系统级 Prompt 与多轮对话流 理解并能配置 MCP 协议，打通 Agent 与数据源

AI 编程工具（基础必备）

日常使用 Claude Code 进行模块开发、代码审查与重构 熟练使用 Cursor 进行 AI 辅助编码，能配置自定义规则与上下文

工程化与 DevOps

能独立搭建开发环境、配置 CI/CD 流水线 熟悉 Docker / Docker Compose，能编写生产级 Dockerfile 有 AWS / 阿里云 / Vercel 部署经验者优先
