我们服务跨国药企、头部快消品牌。项目周期长（3个月-1年）、需求复杂、利益方多。 这个岗位需要两层能力，缺一不可：专业项目经理 + AI Native。

你会做什么 独立负责 2–3 个项目的全周期交付 对接客户侧 Marketing、Sales、IT、法务与合规，诉求冲突时给出判断和合理建议 协调内部产品、研发、设计，以及外部第三方服务商。管理他们的节奏和质量。 排期与里程碑管理、成本与预算核算、变更管理、风险管理及复盘 独立产出全套项目文档，推动项目复盘 简单需求能在产品经理介入前完成初步梳理和方案；具备基础技术判断力，能识别需求的技术可行性和复杂度，过滤掉明显不合理的客户预期 具备独立的项目方案规划能力，能够对方案的可行性做出基本评估并向客户中高层进行汇报 客情关系维护 少量的项目运营/支持类任务

我们需要的人 必要条件： 3 年以上复杂 toB 项目管理经验（单个项目 50-80 万起步） 文档能力强。熟练使用飞书/Excel/Jira 等项目管理工具 理解及归纳能力强。能从客户的模糊表达里提炼真实诉求；能有理有据地对客户说"这个方向不对" 主人翁意识。主动同步，不让人追进展；项目出乱子第一反应是解决问题，而不是推卸责任 英语书面和口语沟通流畅，独立处理外籍 stakeholder 的邮件和日常沟通 开放的心态对待新事物，学习能力强、抗压能力强

加分项： 制药、FMCG 或内容生产行业背景 用过 Cursor / Claude / Notion AI 等工具做过真实提效 做过GEA、DAM、CMS、营销技术类项目
