Welcoming both business and leisure travellers, the hotel is known for its friendly service, modern facilities and convenient location close to Sydney's shopping, entertainment and business precincts.   We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. If you love creating memorable dining experiences, enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, we'd love to hear from you.   About the Role As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be an important part of our guest experience, delivering exceptional service across breakfast, restaurant, bar and event operations. You'll create welcoming experiences for guests while ensuring service standards are consistently achieved.   Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, efficient and professional food and beverage service Welcome guests and provide a memorable dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently Serve meals and beverages in accordance with hotel service standards Prepare and maintain restaurant, bar and event service areas Assist with conference, meeting and event catering requirements Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness, presentation and food safety standards Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teams to deliver seamless service

About You You'll bring:

A passion for hospitality and customer service A positive and energetic attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and presentation A flexible approach to working a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Previous hospitality, restaurant, café or customer service experience

Desirable

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Barista experience Previous hotel food and beverage experience Experience working in events or conference catering
