Join a hotel at the heart of Melbourne's vibrant Docklands precinct Located in the bustling Docklands precinct, Travelodge Hotel Melbourne Docklands features 291 contemporary guest rooms and is just moments from Marvel Stadium, Southern Cross Station and Melbourne's major corporate offices. Surrounded by waterfront dining, cafés and entertainment venues, our hotel welcomes a diverse mix of business and leisure travellers from across Australia and beyond.   We're seeking a friendly, energetic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.   About the Role As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive dining experience for our guests. From breakfast service through to assisting with functions and events, you'll ensure every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. Key Responsibilities

Provide warm, professional and personalised service to guests Prepare and maintain food and beverage service areas Take guest orders and serve food and beverages efficiently Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout service Set up and pack down restaurant, breakfast and event spaces Assist with meeting and event catering requirements Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures Work collaboratively with colleagues across the hotel

About You You'll bring:

A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and team-first approach The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Previous experience in a food and beverage, hospitality or customer service role

Desirable

Barista experience Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification Experience working in hotels or large hospitality venues
