Deine Verantwortung / Your responsibility

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine zuverlässige und engagierte Büroassistenz (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Bürotätigkeiten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Unterlagen und Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei der täglichen Büroorganisation
  • Erledigung gelegentlicher Botengänge und externer Termine

Dein Talent / Your talent

  • Idealerweise kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Bürobereich
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Outlook
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion, insbesondere im Umgang mit vertraulichen Finanzdaten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein der Klasse B erforderlich
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit
