1. 制定产品工艺方案，负责新产品PCBA设计工艺评审、封装库评审及新器件工艺性评审等； 2. 工艺参数与标准的制定与优化，识别过程开发所需的治工具清单，并完成钢网/波峰焊/压接/组装等治工具的设计、开发、验收及优化； 3. 输出各类工艺文件及报告，拟制/维护工艺相关规范； 4. SMT新辅料、新工艺、新设备、信息系统研究、评估、导入、验收及应用； 5. 主导工程性问题的失效分析及解决，确保工程产品的交付质量。 者优先。

任职要求： 1. 熟悉PCBA制造行业相关标准，对单板工艺、器件工艺特性等均有一定了解； 2. 熟悉DFM设计规则，熟悉PCBA组装工艺，精通PCBA装联所需的工装设计； 3. 能独立进行PCBA工艺评审，识别工艺风险； 4. 有较强的不良分析与改善应对能力，能独立制定分析方案； 5. 抗压能力强，工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力； 6. 大专及以上学历(本科优先)，5年以上相关工作经验，有互联网公司(字节/阿里/腾讯)服务器产品制造经验及流程文件制定者优先。
