岗位职责： 1. 负责服务器硬件设计、固件设计或硬件测试相关的质量管控工作，确保产品符合架构与硬件逻辑要求； 2. 主导新产品导入流程（从设计-测试-小批量-量产）的质量控制，熟悉并执行服务器开发流程及关键控制点； 3. 运用质量定性与定量分析方法，熟练应用DFMEA/PFMEA、5WHY/DOE/MSA/SPC等工具进行问题分析与解决； 4. 具备跨领域协同能力，负责拉通问题处理，推动质量改进措施落地； 5. 维护和完善质量体系，保障研发质量目标的达成。

任职要求： 1. 拥有8年以上硬件产品开发领域的质量岗位工作经验； 2. 有研发技术背景优先 3.华为、华勤、中兴等企业经历优先； 4. 精通DFMEA/PFMEA、5WHY/DOE/MSA/SPC等质量管理工具，熟悉质量体系及新产品导入全流程； 5. 对质量工作充满热情，具备优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力及复杂问题的拉通处理能力。
