岗位职责： 1. 负责主板、CSSD/ESSD、内存等产品的冲击、跌落应力仿真，应力风险评估及方案迭代优化设计； 2. 负责板阶装配过程的应力仿真及优化，如DIMM安装，散热器安装，CPU安装等过程应力； 3. 负责PCB板翘曲、连接器开裂，焊点失效、陶瓷电容碎裂等失效模式的识别，并提出解决措施建议与方案； 4. 负责板阶应力仿真能力建设与人员培养。

1. 力学、机械、金属材料相关专业，板阶应力仿真岗位经验本科6年(或硕士3年，博士1年)以上，如有华为/字节等大厂相关岗位经验，学历年限可适当放宽； 2. 熟练使用Creo，AutoCAD，精通Hypermesh、Abaqus有限元仿真软件； 3. 熟悉板阶应力相关的JEDEC/IPC标准； 4. 如了解板阶热应力仿真分析(涵盖回流焊工艺、温度冲击、温循等工况仿真分析)；有关键器件与PCB板互联失效风险&BGA焊球疲劳寿命评估工作经验；具备hypermesh，Abaqus二次开发能力者优先。
