Desde VON DER HEIDE, firma líder en consultoría de Talento y Recursos Humanos, estamos acompañando a una reconocida compañía argentina especializada en soluciones químicas para la industria energética, en la búsqueda de un/a Gerente Comercial para que se sume a su equipo corporativo.

Sobre el desafío

Serás protagonista de una etapa clave de transformación y expansión comercial. El principal desafío será liderar la reconversión del área, reposicionando la estrategia comercial, recuperando vínculos con clientes clave del sector energético (upstream) y explorando nuevas oportunidades en industrias como minería, automotriz y construcción.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Como Gerente Comercial tendrás la responsabilidad de:

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial de la compañía a nivel nacional e internacional.
  • Consolidar y expandir la base de clientes en el sector petróleo y gas.
  • Promover la diversificación hacia sectores como minería, construcción, pintura y automotriz.
  • Liderar un equipo de cuatro vendedores senior, distribuidos por zonas clave del país.
  • Reforzar el posicionamiento institucional participando activamente en foros y eventos del sector.
  • Establecer objetivos claros, medir resultados y profesionalizar la gestión interna del área comercial.
  • Colaborar con las áreas técnicas y de operaciones para ofrecer soluciones a medida.

¿Qué buscamos?

Un profesional con:

- Formación en Ingeniería Química, Industrial, en Petróleo o carreras afines. Se valorará formación complementaria en Negocios o MBA.

- Más de 10 años de experiencia liderando áreas comerciales en el sector energético, idealmente en upstream.

- Conocimiento técnico de procesos de perforación, estimulación, cementación y producción.

- Inglés avanzado (excluyente).

- Liderazgo colaborativo, visión estratégica y alta orientación a resultados.

- Fuertes habilidades de negociación, autonomía y excelente capacidad de relacionamiento.
