Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Director/a de Administración y Finanzas para una compañía líder en la industria de consumo masivo, con operación industrial y logística de alta complejidad.

Se trata de una posición con alcance integral, que combina visión de negocio, criterio financiero y liderazgo de estructuras complejas, con impacto directo en la gestión y evolución de la compañía.

  • Liderar y articular estructuras diversas, asegurando coherencia, eficiencia y alineación con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Aportar criterio financiero en la toma de decisiones, con una mirada estratégica por sobre el detalle técnico.
  • Comprender el negocio de manera integral, conectando operación, logística y gestión.
  • Combinar capacidad de gestión, liderazgo y sentido común en contextos dinámicos y exigentes.
  • Construir relaciones sólidas y de confianza con distintos niveles de la organización.

Principales desafíos del rol

  • Liderar y coordinar estructuras complejas, asegurando su correcta interacción y funcionamiento.
  • Fortalecer la articulación interna y la fluidez de los procesos.
  • Acompañar la toma de decisiones del negocio con una mirada financiera.
  • Asegurar una gestión ordenada, eficiente y alineada a las necesidades de una operación exigente.
  • Impulsar mejoras en procesos, herramientas y formas de trabajo, incluyendo sistemas de gestión (ERP).
  • Generar influencia y construir vínculos sólidos con el equipo ejecutivo.

Perfil buscado

  • Experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo en administración y finanzas.
  • Background en compañías de consumo masivo, industriales o con operación logística compleja (excluyente).
  • Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de gestión (ERP, SAP u otros).
  • Fuerte capacidad de gestión, coordinación y liderazgo transversal.
  • Capacidad para combinar visión estratégica con impronta hands-on.
  • Perfil con criterio, autonomía y capacidad para desafiar, proponer y construir en entornos dinámicos.
