Importante compañía industrial de alcance regional incorpora Gerente Senior de Administración y Finanzas para liderar la gestión económico-administrativa de un negocio productivo de gran escala.

PROPÓSITO DEL ROL

Conducir la función de Administración y Finanzas, asegurando información confiable para la toma de decisiones, el cumplimiento normativo y el acompañamiento estratégico del negocio, en un entorno industrial dinámico y de alta complejidad.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderar los procesos de planeamiento económico y presupuestario.
  • Supervisar la gestión administrativa, contable y de control interno.
  • Analizar resultados, costos e indicadores de desempeño, proponiendo acciones de mejora.
  • Coordinar la gestión de inventarios, créditos y cobranzas y comercio exterior.
  • Actuar como socio estratégico de la dirección del negocio.
  • Liderar y desarrollar equipos profesionales.

REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL

  • Formación universitaria en Contaduría Pública, Administración de Empresas o Economía.
  • Experiencia mínima de 10 años en posiciones similares dentro de compañías industriales o multinacionales.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de contabilidad, costos y planeamiento financiero.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y trabajando en estructuras matriciales.
  • Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
  • Disponibilidad para viajes.
