Desde VON DER HEIDE, firma líder en consultoría de Talento y Recursos Humanos, estamos acompañando a nuestro cliente, compañía global de alimentos, en la búsqueda de un/a Líder de Desarrollo de Negocios para que se sume al equipo, con el objetivo de acelerar su expansión en el mercado local y coordinar estratégicamente con la estructura global.

Sobre el desafío:

Nuestro cliente busca consolidar su presencia en Chile con una estrategia de crecimiento sostenido, explorando canales no tradicionales, apalancándose en datos y conectando con una red de stakeholders clave. Este rol será clave para integrar la visión global con la ejecución local, coordinando múltiples áreas del negocio y gestionando oportunidades comerciales de alto impacto.

Cuál será tu rol?

Como Líder de Desarrollo de Negocios, tendrás la responsabilidad de:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de expansión comercial para una de sus marcas globales en Chile.
  • Identificar y ejecutar oportunidades de negocios.
  • Coordinar esfuerzos multifuncionales con marketing, trade marketing, POP, finanzas, logística y canales.
  • Gestionar KPIs y generar reportes clave para la toma de decisiones.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos globales y locales para asegurar la alineación estratégica.
  • Impulsar una cultura comercial basada en datos y resultados.

Qué buscamos?

Un/a profesional con:

  • Formación en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing o Administración de Empresas.
  • +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios en empresas de consumo masivo, alimentos o snacks.
  • Conocimiento profundo de canales de distribución y expansión comercial.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (requisito excluyente).
  • Manejo de herramientas analíticas y plataformas de datos (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Habilidades destacadas de liderazgo por influencia, negociación y gestión transversal.
