🎯 Propósito del rol

Buscamos un/a Field Clinical Specialist con sólida base clínica y orientación al desarrollo del negocio, responsable de acompañar procedimientos clínicos complejos, entrenar usuarios y colaborar activamente con el equipo comercial para impulsar la adopción de tecnologías, la generación de demanda clínica y el crecimiento del portafolio.

El rol combina excelencia clínica, relacionamiento con médicos especialistas y una mirada estratégica del negocio, en línea con un modelo híbrido clínico–comercial.

⚙️ Responsabilidades principales

  • Brindar soporte clínico y técnico en procedimientos de Oncología Intervencionista y Embolización.
  • Entrenar a radiólogos intervencionistas, técnicos y equipos de sala en el uso seguro del portafolio.
  • Participar activamente en la introducción y adopción de nuevas tecnologías.
  • Acompañar al equipo comercial en visitas estratégicas, discusiones de casos y desarrollo del territorio.
  • Construir relaciones de confianza y largo plazo con médicos y equipos clínicos.
  • Recopilar insights clínicos y de mercado que contribuyan a la estrategia del negocio.
  • Participar en actividades científicas, workshops y capacitaciones locales e internacionales.

🧠 Perfil buscado

  • Profesional del área de la salud (Enfermería, Instrumentación Quirúrgica, Tecnología en Radiología o carrera afín).
  • Experiencia comprobada trabajando con Radiólogos Intervencionistas.
  • Exposición a procedimientos de IO&E, embolización u oncología intervencionista.
  • Experiencia previa en roles de soporte clínico, educación médica o posiciones híbridas clínico–comerciales.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con médicos especialistas, equipos clínicos y áreas comerciales.
  • Perfil autónomo, colaborativo, con mentalidad de aprendizaje y orientación a resultados.
  • Inglés avanzado (excluyente).
