Key Account Manager – Monterrey

Nuestro cliente, una compañía multinacional del sector logístico, especializada en soluciones integrales para grandes empresas, con un fuerte plan de crecimiento y expansión en México, busca incorporar un/a Key Account Manager para liderar el desarrollo de negocio y la gestión de cuentas estratégicas en la región de Monterrey.

¿Qué buscamos?

Un perfil comercial senior, con experiencia en logística, capaz de desarrollar nuevos negocios y gestionar cuentas clave, con una mirada estratégica y entendimiento de la operación.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

* Desarrollar y gestionar cuentas clave de clientes industriales

* Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio (rol hunter + farmer)

* Diseñar soluciones logísticas a medida para cada cliente

* Coordinar con áreas internas para asegurar el cumplimiento operativo

* Gestionar indicadores comerciales y rentabilidad por cuenta (P&L)

* Liderar procesos de venta consultiva y cierre de proyectos complejos

¿Con qué deberías contar?

* Experiencia de 5 a 7 años en roles comerciales dentro de logística / supply chain

* Experiencia en venta consultiva y cierre de negocios complejos

* Conocimiento de operación logística (almacenaje, transporte, distribución)

* Manejo de indicadores y análisis de negocio (P&L)

* Inglés intermedio a avanzado

* Alta orientación a resultados, autonomía y pensamiento estratégico

Ubicación: Monterrey, Nuevo León (esquema híbrido)
