Desde VON DER HEIDE, firma líder en consultoría de Talento y Recursos Humanos, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de 2 Asesores/as Técnico Comerciales para una compañía argentina especializada en soluciones para nutrición animal.

Las posiciones estarán destinadas a cubrir dos zonas diferentes de la Provincia de Buenos Aires:

Zona Oeste: corredor Ruta 33, incluyendo General Villegas y Trenque Lauquen.

Zona Este/Sudeste: incluyendo Tandil, Rauch, General Belgrano, Carmen de Areco y Lobos.

Sobre el desafío:

Buscamos profesionales que puedan combinar conocimiento técnico con una marcada orientación comercial, construyendo relaciones de largo plazo con clientes vinculados a la producción bovina de carne y leche.

El desafío estará principalmente orientado a gestionar, desarrollar y profundizar las relaciones con la cartera de clientes de la zona, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y acompañándolos desde una mirada técnica cercana al negocio y a la realidad productiva.

La posición tendrá interacción frecuente con plantas de alimento balanceado, productores, nutricionistas y otros referentes técnicos, actuando como un socio cercano para comprender sus necesidades, acompañar la implementación de soluciones y generar oportunidades de desarrollo comercial.

Buscamos perfiles con fuerte capacidad de relacionamiento, autonomía y presencia en campo, que puedan construir vínculos de confianza y sostenerlos en el tiempo.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Como Asesor/a Técnico Comercial tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes correspondiente a tu zona, profundizando relaciones existentes e identificando nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
  • Brindar asesoramiento técnico-comercial a plantas de alimento balanceado y productores vinculados a la producción bovina de carne y leche.
  • Impulsar la incorporación y el crecimiento de las distintas soluciones y líneas de producto dentro de la cartera.
  • Diseñar y acompañar pruebas de producto a campo, estableciendo indicadores y realizando seguimiento de sus resultados.
  • Trabajar de manera cercana con nutricionistas y referentes técnicos de los establecimientos.
  • Mantener una presencia activa en el territorio, visitando clientes y comprendiendo sus necesidades y desafíos productivos.
  • Gestionar las oportunidades comerciales de la zona, manteniendo actualizada la información de visitas, oportunidades y forecast en CRM.
  • Participar en jornadas técnicas y eventos del sector.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesionales graduados de Medicina Veterinaria, Ingeniería Agronómica, Ingeniería Zootecnista o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones técnico-comerciales vinculadas a ganadería bovina, idealmente dentro de empresas de alimento balanceado, premezclas, aditivos o soluciones para nutrición animal.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo y gestión de cartera de clientes, con fuerte orientación comercial y capacidad para construir relaciones de largo plazo.
  • Conocimientos de nutrición de rumiantes y sistemas de producción intensiva.
  • Será valorada la experiencia previa como responsable o asesor/a de feedlot o tambo.
  • Será valorada la experiencia en ensayos y pruebas de producto a campo.
  • Capacidad de relacionamiento con productores, nutricionistas y otros referentes del sector.
  • Autonomía, orientación a resultados y capacidad para desenvolverse de manera cercana al cliente y al territorio.
  • Residencia dentro de alguna de las dos zonas de búsqueda.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona asignada y registro de conducir vigente.
