Importante compañía especializada en la producción integral de eventos corporativos, experiencias de marca y activaciones BTL, con presencia nacional e internacional, se encuentra en una etapa de crecimiento, expansión y profesionalización de su estructura.

En este contexto, buscamos sumar un/a Gerente de Administración, Finanzas y Control de Gestión que lidere la evolución del área y se convierta en un socio estratégico del negocio.

La posición tendrá un rol clave en la construcción de procesos, generación de información confiable y desarrollo de un modelo de gestión que acompañe la escalabilidad, rentabilidad y sustentabilidad del negocio.

Se trata de una industria caracterizada por la simultaneidad de proyectos, alta dinámica operativa y fuerte interacción entre áreas, por lo que la posición requerirá una mirada estratégica con fuerte entendimiento del negocio y cercanía con la operación.

¿Cuál será su misión?

Diseñar, estructurar y profesionalizar la gestión administrativa y financiera de la compañía, desarrollando un modelo de control de gestión que permita mejorar la toma de decisiones, optimizar recursos y potenciar la rentabilidad.

Será responsable de conectar la operación con la estrategia, aportando información clave para acompañar el crecimiento del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia financiera alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento de la compañía.
  • Liderar la transformación y profesionalización del área de Administración y Finanzas.
  • Gestionar integralmente las áreas de Administración, Contabilidad, Tesorería y Cobranzas.
  • Diseñar e implementar indicadores, tableros de control y herramientas de reporting.
  • Analizar rentabilidad por cliente, proyecto y unidad de negocio.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora, eficiencia y optimización de costos.
  • Coordinar la relación con estudios contables, entidades bancarias y organismos de control.
  • Impulsar procesos de digitalización, automatización y mejora continua.
  • Acompañar a la Dirección General en decisiones estratégicas y de crecimiento.
  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de Administración y Finanzas.

  • Generar impacto concreto sobre la rentabilidad y la eficiencia operativa.
  • Convertirse en referente interno y partner estratégico de la Dirección.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesionales graduados de Ciencias Económicas, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Posgrado o MBA (deseable).
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando áreas de Administración y Finanzas en contextos de transformación, crecimiento o profesionalización.
  • Será especialmente valorada experiencia en empresas de servicios, agencias, productoras, consultoría o negocios gestionados por proyectos.
  • Sólida experiencia en control de gestión, planeamiento financiero y análisis de rentabilidad.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel, ERP y herramientas de reporting (Power BI u otras).
  • Inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, negociación, planificación y fuerte orientación a resultados.
