Buscamos un/a Gerente General para una empresa nacional de sólida trayectoria, vinculada a la industria de alimentos y bebidas, con un modelo de negocio B2B que integra producto, equipamiento y servicio, que se encuentra atravesando una etapa de evolución, profesionalización y crecimiento.

La posición tendrá el desafío de liderar integralmente el negocio, fortaleciendo especialmente la gestión comercial y acompañando la evolución de la organización hacia un modelo más profesional, integrado y orientado a resultados.

Reportando directamente al Directorio, tendrá amplia autonomía de gestión y un rol protagonista en la construcción de la próxima etapa de la compañía.

Principales desafíos

  • Liderar el negocio con una mirada integral, conectando las variables comerciales, operativas y económico-financieras.
  • Fortalecer la estrategia y gestión comercial, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollando una dinámica de mayor planificación y seguimiento.
  • Profesionalizar la gestión, evolucionando hacia un modelo más anticipado y basado en información.
  • Consolidar indicadores y herramientas de gestión que permitan mejorar la toma de decisiones y la rentabilidad.
  • Fortalecer la estructura, los equipos y los roles de liderazgo de la organización.
  • Comprender rápidamente la operación, identificar oportunidades de mejora y traducirlas en planes de acción concretos.
  • Construir una relación de confianza con los socios, aportando criterio propio y acompañando una delegación progresiva de la gestión.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Experiencia relevante en posiciones de liderazgo y gestión de negocios, idealmente dentro de PyMEs o empresas medianas.
  • Sólida trayectoria comercial y/o de operaciones, con fuerte entendimiento del negocio.
  • Experiencia en entornos B2B, idealmente en modelos que integren producto, servicio, equipamiento o relaciones de largo plazo con clientes.
  • Mirada generalista y capacidad para comprender y conectar diferentes áreas y variables del negocio.
  • Capacidad para combinar pensamiento estratégico con cercanía a la operación y foco en la ejecución.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y desarrollando procesos, indicadores y mecanismos de seguimiento.
  • Perfil ágil, cercano y resolutivo, con capacidad para construir confianza, comunicar con transparencia y desafiar constructivamente.
  • Será valorada la experiencia en procesos de profesionalización, transformación o crecimiento de PyMEs.

📍 Zona Oeste, Buenos Aires. Modalidad full-time presencial, con disponibilidad para realizar viajes periódicos al interior.
