¿CUÁL SERÁ TU PROPÓSITO?

Asegurar que las operaciones de los almacenes dentro de tu tramo de control garanticen los niveles de servicio acordados con los clientes, mediante una buena planificación y gestión de los recursos de la compañía, cuidando los costos asignados.

RESPONSABILIDADES

• Analizar la productividad del personal y decidir la dotación frente a los volúmenes operativos actuales o proyectados.

• Asegurar el cumplimiento del presupuesto de costos y gastos, garantizando el nivel de servicio acordado con los clientes.

• Coordinar con las áreas de soporte (Mantenimiento, Compras, Sistemas, Capital Humano) para el buen funcionamiento de la operación.

• Comunicar y atender directamente al cliente ante cualquier situación o requerimiento adicional.

• Dirigir y motivar equipos multifuncionales de Operaciones, asegurando desempeño y desarrollo profesional.

• Supervisar la gestión de inventarios y el sistema de refrigeración, garantizando la inocuidad de los productos almacenados.

• Asegurar el buen funcionamiento del equipo móvil e infraestructura para la operación diaria segura de los clientes.

• Administrar, gestionar y priorizar los gastos de mantenimiento, garantizando la facturación de los servicios brindados en piso.

¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?

Formación: Licenciatura en Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Deseable maestría en Cadena de Suministro o Logística.

Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años liderando operaciones multisite/multiplanta por zona o región (requisito excluyente). La experiencia en cadena de frío es un diferenciador, no un requisito excluyente — también se valora experiencia en logística de alimentos o perecederos.

Conocimientos técnicos: Supervisión y coordinación de operaciones de bodega fría. Planificación logística, control de inventarios y gestión de la cadena de suministro. Normativas de almacenamiento de alimentos perecederos.

Habilidades: Liderazgo de líderes con enfoque humano. Agilidad y adaptabilidad al cambio. Pensamiento analítico orientado a datos. Apego a ética y valores.

Idiomas: Inglés avanzado

Disponibilidad: Posición ~100% presencial en Estado de México, con movilidad frecuente a Ciudad de México y otras plantas de la zona.
