Desde VON DER HEIDE, estamos acompañando a PeopleOpti en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero de Procesos Comerciales para que se sume a su equipo de Consultoría de Analytics.

Como misión principal, deberás fusionar la ingeniería (optimización y eficiencia) con las ventas y el marketing, analizando, diseñando y mejorando los flujos de trabajo para maximizar ventas, reducir costos y aumentar la rentabilidad para clientes multinacionales.

¿Cuál será tu rol?

Como Ingeniero de Procesos Comerciales tendrás la responsabilidad de:

  • Diseñar Mapeo del proceso actual (AS IS)
  • Levantar y documentar procesos comerciales actuales, generalmente manuales, fragmentados y con múltiples pasos (“cajitas”), entendiendo cómo fluye la información de punta a punta y quiénes intervienen en la toma de decisiones.
  • Diseño del proceso objetivo (TO BE)
  • Rediseñar procesos simplificados, eficientes y escalables, reduciendo drásticamente la complejidad (de 20–30 pasos a 5–6), integrando automatización e inteligencia artificial como habilitadores del negocio, no como un fin en sí mismo.
  • Análisis de brechas y generación de valor - Realizar gap analysis para identificar ineficiencias operativas, cuellos de botella y oportunidades de mejora, traduciendo esas oportunidades en impacto concreto: ahorro de horas, reducción de fricciones, mejora en experiencia de cliente y eficiencia económica.
  • Liderar iniciativas de reingeniería de procesos comerciales en compañías de consumo, articulando procesos, tecnología y objetivos de negocio, con fuerte orientación a resultados.
  • Trabajar cara a cara con clientes, entendiendo su operación real (campo, punto de venta, equipos comerciales), co-construyendo el proceso TO BE y acompañando el cambio requerido del lado del cliente.
  • Articulación con tecnologías emergentes. Colaborar con equipos tecnológicos para integrar automatización de flujos de datos e inteligencia artificial generativa dentro de procesos comerciales ya rediseñados.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesional titulado en Ingeniería Industrial
  • 3 a 5 años de experiencia en compañías de Consumo Masivo o de Consultoría atendiendo clientes de la industria de Consumo.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – requisito clave.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – deseable (nice to have).
  • Certificaciones adicionales en mejora continua, procesos o metodologías ágiles suman son un plus.
  • Experiencia en mapeo y modelado de procesos comerciales.
  • Análisis de procesos end-to-end y arquitectura de stakeholders.
  • Identificación de ineficiencias y cuantificación de impacto (horas, costos, experiencia).
  • Capacidad para traducir problemas operativos en oportunidades de mejora económica.
  • Comprensión de procesos comerciales
  • Comunicación clara y efectiva con clientes y equipos internos.
  • Capacidad de escucha activa y co-creación.
  • Perfil curioso, con criterio propio y mentalidad práctica.
  • Alta exposición y contacto externo con cliente.
  • Inglés avanzado
