PMO Senior – Transformación Industrial

¿Te gustaría liderar uno de los programas de transformación industrial más relevantes de la región?

Importante compañía multinacional de manufactura se encuentra en búsqueda de un PMO Senior para liderar un programa estratégico de transferencia industrial y expansión operativa entre Estados Unidos y México.

Buscamos un profesional con sólida experiencia en manufactura, gestión de proyectos complejos y liderazgo transversal, capaz de coordinar múltiples áreas y asegurar una ejecución exitosa en un entorno altamente dinámico y desafiante.

¿Cuál es el propósito de este rol?

Ser el principal integrador y articulador de un programa de transformación industrial de gran escala, asegurando la coordinación entre operaciones, ingeniería, supply chain, finanzas y otras áreas clave para lograr una transferencia exitosa de capacidades productivas hacia México.

¿Qué responsabilidades tendrás?

* Liderar la planificación y ejecución integral del programa.

* Coordinar equipos multifuncionales en México y Estados Unidos.

* Gestionar proyectos de automatización, expansión y transferencia industrial.

* Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, costos, calidad y objetivos operacionales.

* Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y planes de contingencia.

* Participar en procesos de análisis financiero y evaluación de inversiones CAPEX.

* Facilitar la toma de decisiones entre stakeholders de distintos niveles organizacionales.

* Asegurar la continuidad operacional durante las etapas de transición y puesta en marcha.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos indispensables?

* Formación profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Manufactura, Mecatrónica o similar.

* Experiencia liderando proyectos o programas industriales complejos.

* Experiencia en transferencia de operaciones o capacidades productivas entre plantas o países.

* Experiencia en ambientes manufactureros de alto volumen.

* Experiencia gestionando proyectos de inversión (CAPEX).

* Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMP, PMI o equivalentes).

* Inglés avanzado para interactuar con equipos internacionales.

* Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes a Estados Unidos.

* Residencia actual en Querétaro o disponibilidad real de relocalización.
