Desde VON DER HEIDE, firma líder en consultoría de Talento y Recursos Humanos, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Senior Accountant para una compañía global líder en la industria de apparel y lifestyle, con presencia en más de 60 países.

Sobre el desafío Basado/a en Ciudad de México y reportando directamente al Controller local, serás el/la referente contable senior del negocio de la compañía en México. Formarás parte de una organización de Accounting y Treasury recientemente conformada, con un rol clave en el cierre financiero mensual, la ejecución de controles internos bajo lineamientos SOX y la interacción constante con líderes de finanzas y comerciales tanto locales como en Estados Unidos.

¿Cuál será tu rol? · Liderar el proceso de cierre contable mensual del negocio en México, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de plazos en el reporting al corporativo. · Preparar y revisar journal entries asociadas al cierre (inventarios y reservas relacionadas, previsiones por incobrabilidad, cuentas a pagar y accruals, prepaids, y refund liabilities por devoluciones y descuentos). · Preparar y/o revisar las conciliaciones mensuales de cuentas de balance. · Ejecutar el framework de controles internos de la compañía en cumplimiento con los requerimientos de Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). · Colaborar con el área de Corporate Treasury en funciones de cash management local, cuentas a pagar y customer accounting. · Actuar como business partner del liderazgo local y de US para resolver cuestiones contables, de negocio y sistémicas. · Preparar y presentar los schedules del Balance Sheet Review semestral con el equipo de Corporate Accounting & Reporting. · Brindar coaching y desarrollo a miembros del equipo con menor experiencia.

¿Qué buscamos? · Formación universitaria en Contabilidad o Finanzas (CPA o certificación similar es un plus, no excluyente). · Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Contabilidad o Finanzas. · Manejo intermedio a avanzado de Microsoft Excel (estructuración y análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos, fórmulas). · Experiencia en SAP S/4 HANA (deseable, no excluyente). · Nivel de inglés avanzado / bilingüe (excluyente), dada la interacción diaria con equipos en Estados Unidos. · Orientación al detalle y capacidad probada para trabajar bajo plazos ajustados.
