🎯 Os principais desafios são:

  • Planejar e executar ritos de cultura e reconhecimento, campanhas e ações de comunicação interna em geral, garantindo a disseminação de informações e fortalecendo a conexão entre as pessoas e o negócio;
  • Fortalecer nossa marca empregadora através de projetos e iniciativas que traduzam nossa cultura e proposta de valor para os públicos interno e externo;
  • Estruturar e executar programas de educação corporativa, incluindo o mapeamento de necessidades, desenho de trilhas, treinamentos, onboarding e ações de desenvolvimento;
  • Desenvolver iniciativas de capacitação e desenvolvimento de lideranças, conectando as necessidades dos times aos desafios do negócio;
  • Administrar o ambiente de aprendizagem (LMS), garantindo a organização dos conteúdos, o acompanhamento das jornadas e a evolução da experiência de aprendizagem;
  • Conectar as iniciativas de engajamento e desenvolvimento às pesquisas de clima, processos de carreira, gestão de performance e competências organizacionais;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de aprendizagem, clima, comunicação e engajamento, transformando dados e feedbacks em oportunidades de melhoria.

✅ O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento;
  • Experiência prévia em iniciativas de Desenvolvimento Humano e Organizacional, Educação Corporativa, Comunicação Interna, Marca Empregadora ou Employee Experience;
  • Habilidade de facilitação, comunicação e relacionamento com diferentes níveis de liderança;
  • Perfil analítico, capaz de transformar diagnóstico e indicadores em ação;
  • Organização, autonomia e adaptabilidade para ambientes dinâmicos com múltiplas prioridades;
  • Boa comunicação, postura consultiva e senso de dono(a).

  • Experiência em empresas de crescimento acelerado, ambientes comerciais ou operações em expansão;
  • Vivência com projetos de comunicação e clima, plataformas de LMS, ferramentas de gestão de performance e metodologias de aprendizagem;
