O Backoffice é a base operacional que sustenta o atendimento da Ável. É responsável por garantir que as rotinas operacionais ocorram com precisão e agilidade, dando suporte aos assessores em processos como portabilidades, banking, crédito e demais demandas junto à XP. Buscamos uma pessoa com vontade de aprender, comprometimento e evidências concretas de esforço e dedicação ao longo da trajetória.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Executar rotinas de suporte operacional aos assessores de investimentos;
  • Apoiar o atendimento e a resolução de demandas operacionais;
  • Processar portabilidades e acompanhar suas etapas;
  • Apoiar os assessores na intermediação de demandas junto à XP;
  • Enviar documentos, instruções e informações necessárias para a execução dos processos;
  • Orientar os assessores sobre procedimentos e onde localizar informações;
  • Acompanhar processos, garantindo organização, precisão e cumprimento dos prazos.

Requisitos:

  • Vontade de aprender e evidências concretas de esforço, dedicação e evolução na trajetória;
  • Interesse genuíno pelo mercado financeiro;
  • Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído, preferencialmente em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Organização, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Boa comunicação escrita e capacidade de interação com diferentes times;
  • Excel intermediário.

Será considerado diferencial:

  • Estágio ou experiência em backoffice, corretora, banco, assessoria de investimentos ou instituições financeiras;
  • Vivência com a plataforma XP;
  • Conhecimento de produtos de renda fixa, renda variável, fundos e previdência;
  • Conhecimento de rotinas de liquidação e custódia;
  • Certificação Ancord concluída ou em andamento.
