Estamos expandindo nossa atuação em Planejamento Financeiro Empresarial, com o objetivo de apoiar empresários na tomada de decisões estratégicas e na construção de negócios mais eficientes e sustentáveis.

Buscamos profissionais com visão de negócios, capacidade analítica e perfil consultivo e comercial, que queiram atuar próximos aos empresários, identificando oportunidades, estruturando soluções financeiras e acompanhando a implementação de projetos que gerem resultados concretos.

Essa é uma oportunidade para quem busca autonomia, protagonismo e desenvolvimento profissional, contribuindo diretamente para a construção e expansão de uma unidade de negócios do Grupo Ável.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Conduzir reuniões com empresários para compreender os desafios financeiros, operacionais e estratégicos de seus negócios;
  • Realizar diagnósticos financeiros consultivos, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e alavancas de crescimento;
  • Estruturar projetos de Planejamento Financeiro Empresarial alinhados às necessidades e aos objetivos de cada cliente;
  • Desenvolver planos de ação e acompanhar a implementação das soluções propostas;
  • Monitorar indicadores financeiros e resultados, apoiando os clientes na tomada de decisões;
  • Construir relacionamentos de confiança com empresários, garantindo proximidade e qualidade na entrega dos projetos;
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais e fechamento de contratos de planejamento financeiro;
  • Desenvolver oportunidades de negócio por meio de prospecção, networking e relacionamento com o mercado;
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e a expansão da operação de Planejamento Financeiro Empresarial.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência profissional em contato direto com empresários e empresas, compreendendo seus desafios e necessidades de negócio;
  • Vivência em Finanças Corporativas, Controladoria, Consultoria Financeira ou de Gestão, ou vendas consultivas B2B;
  • Capacidade analítica para interpretar informações financeiras, identificar oportunidades e propor soluções;
  • Perfil consultivo, com boa comunicação, habilidade de negociação e facilidade para construir relacionamentos;
  • Organização, autonomia, proatividade e orientação para resultados;
  • Interesse por desenvolvimento de negócios e atuação comercial;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Porto Alegre/RS.
