🎯 Os principais desafios são:

  • Analisar a base de clientes, a capacidade e as características da estrutura comercial, identificando o melhor direcionamento entre clientes, assessores e modelos de atendimento;
  • Gerir e priorizar demandas de distribuição e movimentação de clientes, garantindo acompanhamento e fluidez dos processos;
  • Desenvolver análises e indicadores que apoiem decisões comerciais e permitam identificar oportunidades, gargalos e desequilíbrios na estrutura;
  • Estruturar e evoluir regras de negócio e critérios de direcionamento, considerando perfil do cliente, segmento, potencial e proposta de valor;
  • Explorar grandes volumes de dados para identificar padrões, hipóteses e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Utilizar Inteligência Artificial como ferramenta para análise, exploração de dados e ganho de produtividade;
  • Atuar em parceria com áreas comerciais e corporativas na construção de soluções e evolução dos processos;
  • Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria desde a identificação do problema até a implementação e acompanhamento dos resultados.

✅ O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Experiência profissional em inteligência comercial, estratégia, operações, planejamento ou áreas correlatas;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e experiência trabalhando com grandes volumes de dados;
  • Capacidade de estruturar problemas complexos, construir análises e transformar dados em recomendações para tomada de decisão;
  • Conhecimento em Excel e estruturas de banco de dados, ferramentas de análise e tratamento de dados;
  • Familiaridade com a aplicação prática de Inteligência Artificial em análises e ganho de produtividade;
  • Autonomia, senso crítico e visão de negócio;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de atuar de forma transversal com diferentes áreas e níveis de senioridade.

🌟 Diferenciais:

  • Experiência no mercado financeiro, especialmente em estruturas comerciais de assessoria de investimentos;
  • Conhecimento de Power BI, SQL ou outras ferramentas de análise e modelagem de dados;
  • Experiência com gestão de carteira, segmentação de clientes ou planejamento de capacidade comercial;
  • Vivência na construção de regras de negócio e modelos de distribuição ou direcionamento de clientes;
  • Experiência em projetos de transformação, automação ou aplicação de IA em processos analíticos.
