Estamos em busca de um(a) Especialista em Planejamento e Sucessão Patrimonial para integrar nossa frente de Wealth Planning, atuando em parceria com os assessores de investimentos na identificação de oportunidades e no desenvolvimento de soluções voltadas à proteção de riscos e à sucessão patrimonial.

Você terá um papel estratégico e comercial, conectando as necessidades dos clientes às soluções mais adequadas, desenvolvendo oportunidades dentro das carteiras da Ável e acompanhando todo o processo, da identificação da demanda à formalização do negócio.

🎯 Os principais desafios são:

  • Atuar em parceria com os assessores de investimentos, identificando oportunidades dentro de suas respectivas carteiras de clientes;
  • Gerar e desenvolver demandas relacionadas a Gerenciamento de Risco e Sucessão Patrimonial;
  • Realizar reuniões e apresentações com clientes para compreender necessidades e apresentar soluções;
  • Atuar na comercialização de produtos de seguros;
  • Acompanhar o processo de emissão e formalização dos negócios;
  • Construir relacionamento próximo com assessores e clientes, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento das oportunidades.

✅ O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Graduação concluída em Direto, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.
  • Pessoa com perfil comercial, consultivo e orientado a resultados, que tenha facilidade para construir relacionamentos e identificar oportunidades a partir das necessidades dos clientes.
  • É importante ter interesse ou experiência relacionada a seguros, proteção patrimonial, planejamento sucessório ou mercado financeiro, além de boa comunicação e capacidade de atuar em parceria com diferentes stakeholders.
