Nosso time de Investment Banking atua na estruturação e condução de operações de estruturacao, captação de recursos para empresas e projetos de diversos segmentos.

Buscamos uma pessoa para integrar o time como Estagiário(a) de Investment Banking — Mercado de Capitais, com a oportunidade de acompanhar de perto operações reais e desenvolver conhecimento técnico em um ambiente dinâmico e de alta exposição.

Os principais desafios são:

Apoiar na coleta, organização e preparação de informações financeiras para envio a gestoras, bancos e demais contrapartes do mercado de capitais; Elaborar e atualizar modelos financeiros, planilhas e apresentações relacionadas a operações de funding; Apoiar operações envolvendo dívida, equity e venda de ativos imobiliários; Acompanhar o fluxo das operações estruturadas, auxiliando na comunicação e realização de follow-ups com os agentes envolvidos; Pesquisar e monitorar benchmarks, transações comparáveis e tendências dos mercados imobiliário e de capitais; Apoiar o time na organização de informações e materiais necessários para a condução das operações.

O que é essencial que você apresente:

Estar cursando Economia, Contabilidade ou Engenharia, a partir do 3º semestre; Domínio de Excel e PowerPoint; Boa capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes; Comunicação escrita clara e objetiva; Organização e capacidade de lidar com múltiplas demandas; Interesse genuíno pelo mercado financeiro e pelo segmento imobiliário; Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Porto Alegre/RS.

Diferenciais que você pode apresentar:

Conhecimento ou interesse prévio em mercado de capitais, Fundos de Investimento Imobiliário (FIIs) ou estruturação de dívida; Experiência com ferramentas de análise de dados, como Python, Power BI ou similares; Inglês intermediário ou avançado; Perfil proativo, organizado e com autonomia para conduzir suas demandas; Vivência prévia em áreas financeiras, bancos, gestoras, consultorias ou empresas do mercado imobiliário.
