Para se tornar Assessor(a) de Investimentos, é obrigatória a certificação da ANCORD (AAI). Por isso, contamos com um programa estruturado de formação, com duração média de 6 meses, em que você terá o apoio da Ável para obter a certificação e desenvolver vivência comercial, avançando gradualmente pelas próximas etapas da carreira. A primeira etapa acontece no cargo de SDR, com suporte completo desde a integração, treinamentos e capacitações.

Os principais desafios são:

  • Apoiar clientes no planejamento e na otimização da alocação de investimentos;
  • Monitorar o mercado financeiro e identificar oportunidades de investimento;
  • Construir, disseminar e aplicar boas práticas de investimentos;
  • Atuar como referência para o cliente, prestando assessoria personalizada;
  • Desenvolver relacionamento de longo prazo com clientes;
  • Evoluir tecnicamente e comercialmente ao longo do programa de formação.

O que é essencial que você apresente:

  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em tempo integral;
  • Ensino técnico ou superior cursando ou concluído;
  • Residir em Porto Alegre/RS ou ter disponibilidade para residir na cidade;
  • Interesse genuíno pelo mercado financeiro e mundo dos investimentos;
  • Perfil proativo, disciplinado e com vontade de crescer.
