A vaga é para Analista de Logística Internacional Sênior, em uma indústria brasileira com operação própria fora do país e depósitos nos Estados Unidos, no Reino Unido e na União Europeia.

Aqui o estoque no exterior não é um número distante em relatório. Você responde pelo ciclo completo do pedido, da entrada até a entrega ao cliente lá fora.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Gerir estoques e operações dos depósitos internacionais, com responsabilidade sobre acuracidade de inventário e conciliação entre WMS, ERP e os registros do operador local
  • Acompanhar o pedido de ponta a ponta: order entry, alocação, picking, packing, shipping, confirmação de envio e tracking das cargas em rota
  • Definir regras de alocação de estoque e priorização de pedidos entre clientes, canais e mercados, inclusive em cenários de ruptura
  • Acompanhar a performance de operadores logísticos e transportadoras por KPIs (acuracidade de inventário, fill rate, OTIF, lead time, custo por pedido), com reuniões de rotina e planos de melhoria
  • Ser o ponto focal entre Comércio Exterior, Planejamento, Comercial e Customer Service
  • Liderar tecnicamente iniciativas de padronização, melhoria contínua e automação das rotinas de controle e reporte, além de orientar analistas juniores e plenos
  • É uma cadeira de referência técnica do time, com autonomia para definir regras de operação e interlocução direta com parceiros no exterior.

Ensino superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Comércio Exterior ou áreas correlatas Mínimo de 5 anos em logística internacional, com atuação direta em importação e exportação Domínio de Incoterms 2020, classificação fiscal (NCM) e cálculo de tributos na importação Conhecimento da legislação aduaneira e dos sistemas Siscomex / Portal Único (DUIMP) Experiência em negociação de frete internacional e gestão de agentes de carga e despachantes aduaneiros Inglês fluente. Espanhol avançado é desejável Excel avançado, ERP (SAP Business One) e WMS Desejáveis: regimes especiais (drawback, ex-tarifário, entreposto aduaneiro, Recof), Power BI, Power Automate e SQL, vivência em Lean ou Six Sigma e experiência em ambiente multinacional
