The posting

A Petfive é uma indústria brasileira de bens de consumo, líder em areia sanitária para gatos, com presença em mais de 35 países e em forte expansão. Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de Produção (supervisor de turno) para a planta de Jarinu-SP, em fase de estruturação (pós-startup).

A posição lidera uma equipe de produção por turno (cerca de 16 operadores, escala 6x2) em ambiente de processo contínuo, com forte papel de gestão de pessoas, mentoria e disseminação do sistema de gestão no chão de fábrica.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Supervisionar a equipe do turno e zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de segurança;
  • Garantir os padrões de qualidade e a performance do turno (produtividade e redução de perdas);
  • Acompanhar KPIs, programação e demanda; controlar perdas, custos e indiretos;
  • Ajudar a construir e disseminar o sistema de gestão (Lean/TPM): gestão de rotina, quadro hora-a-hora, análise de causa raiz, centerlines;
  • Desenvolver, mentorar e engajar o time; dar feedback e direcionar líderes, operadores e auxiliares;
  • Contribuir para a organização e disciplina operacional da fábrica (6S).

Modelo de trabalho: presencial, em turnos (escala 6x2), em Jarinu-SP. Ambiente em construção, para perfil hands-on.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência de liderança em produção em indústria de bens de consumo de processo contínuo;
  • Mínimo de 2 a 3 anos em gestão de pessoas / cargos de liderança;
  • Ter vivido um sistema de gestão estruturado (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WCM ou similar);
  • Domínio de ferramentas de chão de fábrica (gestão de rotina, análise de causa raiz, problem solving) e de KPIs de produção;
  • Formação em Engenharia (Produção, Mecânica, Elétrica, Automação, Química ou correlatas);
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em turnos (escala 6x2) em Jarinu-SP.

Diferenciais:

  • Origem de empresa com sistema de gestão forte (ex.: P&G, Unilever, Essity);
  • Certificações Lean / Six Sigma; Power BI; inglês.

Perfil: construtor e resiliente (topa ambiente em estruturação), senso de dono, hands-on, agilidade de decisão, forte gestão de pessoas e raciocínio de causa-efeito de processo.
