A PetFive (Viva Verde / Sustainable Yours) é líder em areias alternativas para gatos no Brasil, com presença em mais de 35 países. A empresa está estruturando uma nova planta industrial em Jarinu, SP, e expandindo para os Estados Unidos e Europa.

A vaga de Engenheiro de Controle e Automação tem como missão internalizar a execução de automação industrial, reduzindo dependência de integradores externos e preparando a operação para escala global.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolvimento e programação de CLPs Schneider (linha Modicon – M221, M241, M262, M340, M580)
  • Configuração e desenvolvimento de sistemas supervisórios (EcoStruxure Operator)
  • Implementação de IHMs e integração com sistemas de controle
  • Comissionamento, start-up e validação de sistemas automatizados
  • Diagnóstico e resolução de falhas em hardware e software de automação
  • Integração de redes industriais (Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, Ethernet/IP)
  • Elaboração de documentação técnica (diagramas elétricos, memoriais descritivos)
  • Otimização de processos com foco em performance e redução de paradas
  • Interface com equipes multidisciplinares (manutenção, produção, TI)
  • Schneider Electric — mínimo intermediário (CLPs Modicon: M221, M241, M262, M340, M580)
  • EcoStruxure Operator
  • Experiência em comissionamento de plantas industriais
  • Redes industriais: Modbus TCP/IP, Modbus RTU, Ethernet/IP
  • Leitura de diagramas elétricos e P&ID
  • CREA Ativo
  • 3 a 10 anos de experiência em automação industrial

Diferenciais:

  • Machine Expert, SCADA / IHM
  • Linguagens: Ladder, Structured Text
  • Experiência em bens de consumo / food & beverage
  • Inglês intermediário
