A vaga é para uma indústria de bens de consumo com marcas próprias no Brasil e no exterior, em um momento de crescimento e de estruturação dos processos de planejamento.

Essa é uma posição para quem quer olhar a cadeia inteira, e não apenas um pedaço dela. O cargo reúne PCP, Planejamento de Demanda e Planejamento de Materiais sob uma mesma coordenação, com equipe própria de analistas e assento nas decisões de S&OP ao lado de Operações, Comercial e Supply Chain.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Equilibrar demanda, capacidade produtiva e disponibilidade de materiais, sustentando o nível de serviço acordado
  • Conduzir o processo de S&OP/S&OE e levar indicadores e recomendações à liderança
  • Elevar a acurácia do forecast junto a Comercial e Marketing, trabalhando sazonalidade, histórico e tendências
  • Definir políticas de estoque e gerir o MRP, protegendo a operação de rupturas sem inflar capital de giro
  • Liderar e desenvolver o time de analistas de PCP, Demanda e Materiais
  • Tocar projetos de melhoria contínua e digitalização das ferramentas de planejamento (S&OP, IBP, APS)
  • Superior completo em Engenharia de Produção, Administração, Logística ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência consolidada em PCP, Planejamento de Demanda ou Planejamento de Materiais em ambiente industrial
  • Vivência em liderança ou coordenação de equipes
  • Atuação prática em processos de S&OP/S&OE
  • Domínio de ERP e módulos de MRP, além de Excel avançado
  • Inglês avançado, para interface com fornecedores e áreas globais
  • Diferenciais: pós-graduação ou MBA em Supply Chain, Logística ou Operações, e experiência com ferramentas estatísticas de previsão e pacotes APS/IBP
