Especialista em Mecânica — Jarinu (SP)

A maior parte do seu tempo nessa posição não vai ser em manutenção do que já existe. Vai ser em projeto novo.

Nosso cliente é uma indústria em forte expansão, com investimento em ampliação de capacidade produtiva e novas operações. A posição nasce dessa expansão: a engenharia precisa de uma referência técnica sênior em mecânica que assuma o comissionamento de ponta a ponta, com autonomia real e reporte direto à Gerência de Engenharia.

O que torna essa posição diferente:

Protagonismo em projeto, não em rotina: o foco do trabalho está nos projetos de ampliação da planta e em novas operações, com uma parcela menor dedicada a adequações do parque atual Você lidera o comissionamento como função, não como tarefa: planejamento, montagem, inspeção, testes, startup e integração das atividades de instalação Autonomia técnica para especificar componentes, validar projetos de fornecedores e decidir soluções em desvios e alterações de engenharia Papel mão na massa e de referência ao mesmo tempo: presença em campo, análise de causa-raiz e transferência de conhecimento para as equipes Ambiente de crescimento acelerado, com decisão rápida, acesso direto à liderança e reconhecimento atrelado à entrega Cargo de confiança, com espaço para construir padrão de engenharia onde ainda não existe

Principais responsabilidades:

Planejar, coordenar e acompanhar montagem, inspeção, testes, comissionamento e startup mecânico em campo Elaborar, revisar e aprovar procedimentos de montagem, alinhamento, ajustes e comissionamento Especificar e selecionar componentes, materiais e equipamentos mecânicos considerando desempenho, confiabilidade, vida útil e custo Analisar e validar projetos, desenhos, BOMs, memoriais e especificações técnicas Acompanhar tecnicamente fornecedores e fabricantes: documentação, inspeções, testes e critérios de aceitação Conduzir análises de falha e causa-raiz, com ações corretivas e preventivas Elaborar relatórios técnicos, documentação de comissionamento, punch lists e termos de aceitação

Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas CREA ativo Experiência consolidada em engenharia mecânica aplicada a projetos industriais, com atuação prévia em comissionamento e startup de linhas ou equipamentos completos Domínio de sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos, transmissão mecânica (bombas, acionamentos, rolamentos, redutores, motores, acoplamentos), dimensionamento e especificação de componentes Leitura e interpretação de desenhos mecânicos, fluxogramas, P&ID e normas técnicas (ABNT, ASME, ISO) AutoCAD; SolidWorks ou Inventor são diferenciais Pacote Office; ERP SAP é diferencial Inglês técnico para leitura de normas e documentação é desejável Perfil analítico, autônomo, organizado e com liderança técnica
