Sobre a oportunidadeEstamos em busca de um(a) Analista de BI Pleno para atuar em projetos estratégicos de Loyalty, CRM e Customer Analytics, transformando dados em insights e recomendações que apoiem a tomada de decisão de nossos clientes.Procuramos um profissional com forte capacidade analítica, domínio técnico em dados e interesse em entender o comportamento dos clientes. Esta posição terá papel fundamental na construção de análises, segmentações, estudos de comportamento e geração de insights que suportem estratégias de relacionamento, engajamento, retenção e crescimento.Mais do que construir relatórios, esperamos alguém capaz de investigar dados, encontrar oportunidades, identificar padrões e traduzir informações complexas em recomendações claras e acionáveis para o negócio.Você atuará em parceria com times multidisciplinares, contribuindo para projetos de alto impacto relacionados a programas de fidelidade, CRM, campanhas de marketing e inteligência de clientes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesDesenvolver análises estratégicas para apoiar decisões de negócio;Explorar e analisar grandes volumes de dados para identificação de oportunidades, tendências e comportamentos de clientes;Construir consultas SQL para extração, tratamento e análise de dados;Criar e manter bases analíticas em Databricks;Desenvolver segmentações para campanhas de CRM e programas de fidelidade;Gerar estudos de Customer Analytics, Loyalty e comportamento do consumidor;Apoiar a mensuração de campanhas e iniciativas de relacionamento;Desenvolver dashboards e monitoramentos de indicadores de negócio em Databricks;Construir apresentações executivas e materiais analíticos para clientes e áreas internas;Identificar riscos, oportunidades e alavancas de crescimento a partir dos dados;Apoiar a construção de projeções, estimativas e modelos analíticos para iniciativas estratégicas;Utilizar ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial para acelerar análises, documentação e geração de insights.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos ObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo ou cursando em: Ciência da Computação;Sistemas de Informação;Estatística;Matemática;Engenharia;Economia;Administração;Áreas correlatas.SQL Avançado (requisito eliminatório);Vivência com Databricks ou plataforma equivalente de processamento e análise de dados (requisito eliminatório);Vivência na manipulação e análise de grandes volumes de dados;Conhecimento em modelagem e estruturação de bases analíticas;Capacidade de transformar dados em insights e recomendações para o negócio;Perfil analítico, investigativo e orientado à resolução de problemas;Vivência na construção e apresentação de análises para áreas de negócio.Informações adicionaisDiferenciaisConhecimento em CRM e segmentação de clientes;Conhecimento em Loyalty e Programas de Fidelidade;Conhecimento em Customer Analytics e Marketing Analytics;Conhecimento em Python para análises e automações;Vivência com testes A/B e mensuração de campanhas;Conhecimento em ambientes de dados em nuvem;Utilização de Inteligência Artificial Generativa (Copilot, ChatGPT ou ferramentas similares) aplicada à análise de dados e geração de insights;Conhecimento em Prompt Engineering e AI-Assisted Analytics;Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis.Competências ComportamentaisForte raciocínio analítico;Curiosidade e interesse genuíno por dados e comportamento do consumidor;Capacidade de transformar análises complexas em recomendações práticas;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Organização e capacidade de atuar em múltiplos projetos simultaneamente;Colaboração e trabalho em equipe;Proatividade e autonomia;Interesse contínuo por novas tecnologias, dados e Inteligência Artificial.
