Компанія шукає HR Business Partner рівня самостійного HR Manager, який стане партнером для керівництва та допоможе розвивати HR-функцію відповідно до бізнес-цілей.

Основні обов’язки

  • Формування та реалізація HR-стратегії відповідно до бізнес-цілей компанії.
  • Партнерство з керівником підприємства та менеджментом у питаннях управління персоналом.
  • Планування чисельності персоналу відповідно до виробничих потреб.
  • Управління рекрутингом виробничих та управлінських позицій.
  • Розвиток процесів onboarding, адаптації, employee engagement, performance management, мотивації та компенсацій.
  • Робота з HR-аналітикою, KPI, плинністю, absenteeism, чисельністю та продуктивністю.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Досвід роботи на позиції HRBP або HR Manager.
  • Досвід ведення HR-функції повного циклу.
  • Сильні навички рекрутингу, workforce planning та взаємодії з менеджментом.
  • Розуміння performance management, C&B, employee engagement та HR-аналітики.
  • Знання трудового законодавства.
  • Англійська мова — від рівня B2.

Буде перевагою

  • Досвід роботи у виробничому або операційному середовищі.
  • Розуміння специфіки операційного бізнесу.
  • Досвід співпраці з міжнародними рекрутинговими агентствами або участі в міжнародному рекрутингу.
