Наш клієнт — українська HR-компанія, яка з 2010 року працює у сфері управління персоналом. Компанія спеціалізується на аутсорсингу та аутстафінгу, масовому підборі персоналу та залученні іноземних працівників в Україну.

Основні обов’язки

  • Пошук і розвиток партнерської мережі іноземних рекрутингових агентств.
  • Опрацювання заявок клієнтів на персонал та координація процесу пошуку кандидатів.
  • Організація відбору, співбесід та комунікації з кандидатами.
  • Координація оформлення, легалізації, приїзду, трансферу та первинного супроводу іноземних працівників.
  • Контроль строків, якості, кількості залучених кандидатів, витрат та економіки проєктів.
  • Комунікація з клієнтами, іноземними партнерами, юристами та внутрішніми командами.

Вимоги до кандидата

  • Досвід у міжнародному рекрутингу, HR, аутсорсингу, аутстафінгу, міграційних послугах або суміжних сферах.
  • Досвід роботи з іноземними партнерами та кандидатами.
  • Англійська мова на рівні B2+.
  • Впевнене володіння Excel або Google Sheets.
  • Сильні переговорні та комунікаційні навички.
  • Системність, відповідальність та вміння одночасно вести декілька процесів.

  • Досвід залучення та легалізації іноземного персоналу в Україні.

Умови роботи

  • Заробітна плата: фіксована ставка + KPI.
  • Локація: Київ.
  • Робота в українській HR-компанії з 15+ роками досвіду.
