Agente de Calidad Bilingüe

Objetivos del Cargo

  • Llamar a pacientes, en función a las listas indicadas por las empresas aseguradoras, para asegurar que asisten a exámenes y/o consultas médicas anuales de despistaje/control de enfermedades crónicas (como mamografías/ exámenes de próstata, control de tensión, azúcar, función hepática, etc.).
  • Cumplir con las métricas establecidas por el departamento y con los lineamientos organizacionales (promedio de llamadas efectuadas por día y por mes, duración de las llamadas, calidad de las mismas, competencias personales, servicio al paciente, entre otras).

Responsabilidades

  • Revisar listas de pacientes, provistas por aseguradoras para la prevención de enfermedades crónicas.
  • Confirmar/verificar información relacionada al paciente, clínicas y servicios.
  • Obtener la información necesaria de la historia médica y del departamento de facturación tales como, últimos exámenes médicos de despistaje/controles realizados, asistencia a consultas anuales con especialistas; y dar seguimiento cuando se detecte algún incumplimiento.
  • Hacer seguimiento a los pacientes para asegurar la adherencia al tratamiento y el cumplimiento de los chequeos/exámenes médicos programados con su médico tratante.
  • Informar al médico tratante de alguna condición o síntoma que el paciente exprese durante la llamada, y hacerle seguimiento.
  • Transferir oportunamente llamadas al personal necesario.

Indicadores de Desempeño:

  • Cumplir con las métricas establecidas por el departamento y por Recursos Humanos (promedio de llamadas atendidas por hora y por día, duración de las llamadas, calidad de las mismas, competencias técnicas, servicio al paciente/cliente, entre otras).

Requisitos:

Educación Media Diversificada Culminada

Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas

Nivel de inglés avanzado y conversacional fluido (C1)

Condiciones Laborales

  • Oficina en las instalaciones de la empresa con equipos tecnológicos para la información y la comunicación, iluminación artificial y aire acondicionado.
  • Requiere períodos prolongados de atención, concentración y sedentarismo. Trato con pacientes, exigencias de control emocional.
  • Horario de lunes a viernes, sábados rotativos.
  • Turnos laborales a convenir: 8am-4pm; 8:30am-4:30pm; 9am-5pm; 9:30am-5:30pm; 10am-6pm; 10:30am-6:30pm; 11am-7pm.
