Objetivo del Puesto:

El Diseñador será responsable de la creación y desarrollo de piezas visuales que respalden las estrategias de mercadeo y comunicación de la empresa. Su función es plasmar ideas y conceptos en diseños efectivos y atractivos, asegurando que la identidad visual de la marca se mantenga consistente en todos los canales de comunicación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar materiales gráficos para campañas de marketing y publicidad en formatos digitales e impresos.
  • Crear y adaptar diseños para redes sociales, páginas web, correos electrónicos y presentaciones corporativas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de mercadeo para conceptualizar y desarrollar propuestas creativas que refuercen los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Revisar y asegurar la calidad de los diseños, garantizando que cumplan con los estándares de la marca.
  • Preparar archivos finales para impresión o publicación digital, asegurando la resolución y los formatos correctos.
  • Realizar ajustes y revisiones de acuerdo con las sugerencias del equipo de mercadeo.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de diseño y mejores prácticas en la industria.

Requisitos:

Educación: Licenciatura o Técnico en Diseño Gráfico, Comunicación Visual, Publicidad o áreas relacionadas.

Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico, preferiblemente en un entorno de mercadeo o agencia de publicidad.

Habilidades técnicas:

  • Dominio de software de diseño (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Conocimientos en herramientas de diseño web y UX/UI (Adobe XD, Figma) es una ventaja.
  • Familiaridad con edición de video o animación es un plus.

Competencias personales:

  • Creatividad e innovación.
  • Atención al detalle.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad para gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Adaptabilidad y proactividad.
