The posting

Objetivo del Puesto:

Brindar atención al cliente de manera eficiente y profesional, tanto de manera presencial como a través de medios digitales, garantizando el manejo adecuado de la recepción del local, incluyendo la apertura y cierre, dando soporte en gestiones administrativas como apoyo al resto del personal utilizando las tecnologías y medios disponibles de forma eficiente.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Atender a los clientes de manera presencial y a través de medios digitales como; WhatsApp y otras plataformas, proporcionando información correcta sobre las clases y servicios ofrecidos.

Realizar la apertura y cierre del local, asegurando que todos los procedimientos de seguridad y operativos del local se cumplan.

Manejo de la agenda de citas y confirmación de las mismas.

Realizar reportes diarios y semanales sobre las operaciones de la recepción.

Manejar verifone y caja chica, asegurando la precisión en las transacciones.

Prestar soporte en la gestión y seguimiento de cobros a los clientes, asegurando que los pagos se realicen de manera puntual y correcta.

Apoyar en el inventario una vez al mes en coordinación con la gerente de ventas.

Proveer soporte a los clientes y al personal interno utilizando las tecnologías y medios disponibles para facilitar la operación diaria del local de forma eficiente.

Mantener una excelente presentación personal y seguir el código de vestimenta establecido, así como las políticas del local.

Requisitos

Edad: 18-35 años.

Sexo: Preferiblemente mujer.

Educación: Bachillerato completo o estudiante universitaria en áreas afines. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones similares de atención al cliente, tanto presencial como por medios digitales. Dominio básico o intermedio del idioma inglés. Manejo de Microsoft Office y plataformas de citas. Experiencia en gestión de cobros y seguimiento a clientes o procesos administrativos. Disponibilidad para recibir entrenamientos en horario matutino al inicio. Competencias: Orientación de servicio al cliente. Comunicación efectiva y buena redacción. Capacidad para resolver problemas. Proactividad. Discernimiento. Alto nivel de responsabilidad y ética. Atención al detalle. Organizada. Sentido de urgencia. Inteligencia emocional.

Horario

Lunes a Viernes de 1:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m. (con disponibilidad para entrenamientos en horario matutino durante las primeras semanas
