Buscamos un Desarrollador “Java Enterprise (JavaEE)” Senior altamente experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo de tecnología. Este rol requiere un profesional con habilidades avanzadas en desarrollo backend utilizando Java Enterprise, con la capacidad de manejar equipos y datos de todo tipo. El candidato ideal debe tener un enfoque analítico para debugar código en tiempo real y debuggear soluciones en la nube, tanto en servidores web como en contenedores, explicando claramente las decisiones técnicas tomadas durante el desarrollo. Este puesto es crucial para el desarrollo, mantenimiento y mejora de aplicaciones críticas para la empresa.

Requisitos Obligatorios (MUST):

  • Lenguaje Java Java Enterprise: 7 años de experiencia demostrable en desarrollo con Java Enterprise.
  • SQL: Conocimiento avanzado en bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales, con capacidad para manejar grandes volúmenes de datos.
  • Manejo de Equipo: Habilidad para liderar y coordinar equipos de desarrollo.
  • Manejo de Datos: Competencia en el manejo de datos en múltiples formatos, incluyendo JSON y XML.
  • Desbloque en tiempo real: capacidad para identificar y resolver problemas de código en tiempo real, y explicar de manera clara y concisa las soluciones implementadas.
  • Despliegue en la Nube: experiencia en desplegar soluciones en la nube utilizando servidores web y contenedores.
  • Línea de Comando: conocimientos avanzados en el uso de la línea de comando, preferiblemente en Linux.

Requisitos no obligatorios pero deseables:

  • Servicios de AWS: Comprensión de servicios como EC2, RDS y S3.
  • Sistemas de Control de Versiones: Buen conocimiento en el uso de GIT/BitBucket
  • Spring Framework: Experiencia en el uso de Spring para el desarrollo de aplicaciones.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones basadas en Java Enterprise asegurando un rendimiento óptimo.
  • Gestionar y manipular datos en diferentes formatos, garantizando su integridad y seguridad.
  • Liderar equipos de desarrollo, proporcionando guía técnica y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de codificación.
  • Identificar, diagnosticar y corregir errores en el código de manera proactiva y en tiempo real.
  • Desplegar aplicaciones en la nube, utilizando servidores web y contenedores, asegurando su escalabilidad y robustez.
  • Documentar y explicar claramente las decisiones técnicas y arquitectónicas durante el proceso de desarrollo.
