The posting

Buscamos un Especialista en Atención al Cliente que sea multifacético y un verdadero todoterreno. Serás la navaja suiza del equipo, con un enfoque principal en la recepción pero también apoyando en el back office, de los eventos siendo el primer punto de contacto con los clientes y participando en la creación de contenido, serás el corazón de las operaciones y responsable de la experiencia de los visitantes así como también de nuestros clientes ya miembros de la comunidad.

Además, serás el soporte de otras funciones centrales y reportarás directamente a la Gerente de Sucursal , cuidando de una de nuestros sites ubicado en Santo Domingo Este.

Responsabilidades:

Gestión de la Recepción:

Cubrir la recepción durante el horario laboral establecido y ser un punto de contacto accesible.

Recibir a los miembros y visitantes con una actitud cálida y acogedora.

Asegurar que todos los visitantes se registren adecuadamente.

Apoyar al equipo de ventas, realizar tours y responder preguntas de potenciales clientes.

Mantener la recepción limpia y organizada.

Notificar a los miembros sobre entregas de alimentos y mensajería.

Distribuir toda la información necesaria para promover los eventos, incluyendo la creación y publicación de pósters de eventos semanales e individuales.

Asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos operativos específicos del edificio para cada evento (ascensores, HVAC, etc.).

Conocer ,explicar las políticas de procedimientos comunicar, informar y actualizar a los miembros sobre los problemas del edificio.

Asegurar que los niveles de música y las activaciones sean apropiados para el momento del día y la ocasión.

Escribir y enviar comunicaciones relacionadas con actualizaciones del edificio.

Gestionar el inventario de suministros y solicitar nuevo inventario según sea necesario.

Asegurar la operatividad del local y coordinar con el equipo de mantenimiento cualquier reparación o mejora necesaria.

Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de IT y Operaciones para asegurar que todas las instalaciones funcionen correctamente.
